Next Saturday, 5 April, we will be running an Open Day at Lym Valley Croquet Club to encourage more people to try this wonderful game. Starting at 10 am, we will have a team of members on hand to greet potential new players and introduce them to the game. This year we are focusing on Golf Croquet. It’s very easy to pick up the basics of the game and have good fun. Of course, like all games, the longer you play the more you get out of it.
Come along and try it! Come any time between 10 am and 3 pm. Stay as long as you like. There’s be someone there to show you the ropes and give you a game. There’ll be special games for children too. And we’ll have tea or coffee and biscuits on the go.
If it whets your interest, come back the following three Saturdays at 10 am for three free coaching sessions to get your game on a solid footing. After that, you can decide whether you want to join us at the special introductory rate of £10 a month for the rest of the season (to end October)
